We can accept up to 1 million street addresses per campaign. This list could be first party data, such as your customer list in integraRental, or from a CRM. We can also curate lists on your behalf. The street addresses are automatically converted into geo-fences that conform to the physical address. Devices that are seen within those geofences are then targeted with mobile digital display ads.
How Addressable Geofencing Works
We work with you to curate a list of addresses that you want to target. The addresses are then matched against plat line data to determine the exact physical location, size, and shape of the individually matched addresses. Geo-fences are then matched to target users specific only to that distinct address location. We can then target users with who have visited that location with digital display ads for up to 30 days after they have been identified. Audiences at every single address are updated on a daily basis.

- Columns for Address, City, and State (for best match results, please use USPS formatting).
- You can either provide ads in the sizes needed, or we can create ads based on your marketing goals.
