Multi-location Construction Equipment Rental Business
Background on the Business
This four location equipment rental business in the Midwest was seeking aggressive growth and expansion into new markets across state lines. integraSoft’s Digital Experience Consultants worked with the business owner and managers to present and execute the search engine optimization (SEO) strategy, revamp and improve their website, and optimize their eRental software website for Google and other search engines. Since the rental business’ website was relatively new, they were not ranking for a lot of keywords and while they had a solid digital presence in the areas they had locations, they were not ranking outside of those small towns.
SEO Strategy
- Local SEO – We produced geo-specific content to capture potential contractors, construction businesses, and savvy DIY homeowners. We optimized their business listings for better visibility.
- Competitive analysis to fill keyword gaps – We reviewed keywords the business was currently ranking for (and not ranking for) and worked the desired keywords into content throughout their website and eRental site.
- Content optimization – We cultivated existing content and conducted ongoing on-page optimizations to help with keyword development. We produced high quality content relevant to their local target audience from do it yourself projects for homeowners to business tips for contractors.
- Metadata revamp – Not all website pages and eRental site pages had optimized meta data cooked in. We improved the meta data information, which is read by search engines, for all pages, products, categories, created a site map and submitted to Google for indexing.
